RIVEL Strategy Lab · Leak check
The bill nobody sends you.
Eight taps. About a minute. You see the number before we ask for your email.
Every multiplier is on this page. Change the one that matters.
1 / 8
Those two answers do not fit together.
That many people cannot be paid out of that much revenue, so any number we printed would be wrong. Go back and change either one and we will do the sum.
Your result
What your answers point at, every month
You said you do not know how many clients came back. Nobody does yet, and that is already part of the leak, so we counted the middle case.
You said you work alone, so the two hours lines are zero: there is nobody to hand work to.
This is an estimate built from your eight answers and the multipliers below, not an audit. We have not measured your business and this page never claims we have. We would rather come up short.
How this is calculated
We start from what you told us about revenue and headcount. Change it and the bill recalculates.
- Quotes nobody chased. We assume a second call recovers the equivalent of a small share of one month's revenue. The worse the answer, the larger the share.
- Clients who did not come back. Same shape: a share of one month's revenue that calling lapsed clients back would recover. What they spend on average cancels out, so we do not ask.
- Work dropped between two people. Hours a month, counted only for people other than you, priced at the hourly cost below.
- Work done twice. Hours a month, counted only for people other than you, priced at the hourly cost below.
You know how much. Now the order.
We send you the order we would close this in, starting with the one thing that changes in week one. A person writes it, and it goes out within two business days.
A person is reading it.
Within two business days you get the order we would close this in, written by hand. If you would rather work through it out loud, take the thirty minutes.
Our queue is full this week, so yours goes out on Monday. If you would rather not wait, take the thirty minutes.
Book thirty minutesThe leak
Six places a business bleeds, and none of them appear in your accounts.
Read them and count how many are open in yours right now.
- Quotes nobody chases. The proposal goes out, the client goes quiet, and it dies there. Nobody owns the second call.
- Clients who never come back. They were happy. They just were not called again, and now they are somebody else's client.
- Work that falls between two people. Both thought the other one had it. Neither did.
- Money that arrives late. The work was delivered weeks ago. Nobody is watching what is still unpaid.
- Decisions taken blind. The number that would settle the argument exists somewhere, so the loudest opinion wins instead.
- Work that gets done twice. The same file, the same report, the same conversation, rebuilt because nobody found the first one.
Why it stays invisible
A leak has no invoice.
An expense has a receipt, so you see it. A leak has nothing: no line, no date, no name. It is the money that was already yours and quietly never happened. That is why a business can look fine on paper and still feel heavy every single week.
What you get
The order, in writing. Not a sales call in a nicer shirt.
- The order.Which leak to close first in your case, and why that one.
- The first move. The exact change to make next week, whether or not you ever work with us.
- The honest line. When the answer is not RIVEL, it says so, in writing.
One document. Your name on it. Yours to keep.

“We went from managing patients in WhatsApp and Excel to a full operating system. The team finally trusts the data, and that is what changed everything.”
Consolación Sánchez, Founder of BELSA Estétic, Barcelona“In 90 days we went from improvising every week to a business review with real numbers. That is when everything changed.”

What people ask before they send it.
Is this really free?
Yes. There is no price on this page and no card anywhere in it. We write these because a business that can see its leaks is a business we can help.
Where does the number come from?
From your eight answers and the multipliers printed on the result. We have not looked at your books and we do not pretend to have. It is an order of magnitude, and you can change the assumption that moves it most.
Is it a sales call in disguise?
No, because there is no call unless you ask for one. The order reaches your inbox whether you book anything or not.
How much of my time does it take?
About a minute now. Thirty minutes later, and only if you want it walked through.
My sector is not really on your list.
Send it anyway. The eight businesses inside RIVEL cover five sectors, and leaks do not change much between them: it is always a handoff nobody owns.
I am one person. Is this for me?
Yes. A one person business leaks in fewer places, so the answer is shorter and the first move is usually faster to make.
What do you do with my data?
We write your diagnosis with it and keep it to answer you. If you accepted marketing cookies, we also record that you submitted. Ask us to delete it and we do.
You cannot close a leak you have never counted.
Eight taps now. The order in two business days. If it says the answer is not us, it is still yours to keep.
