Work ends up split into three pieces that stop talking to each other: what you want to achieve, what is actually happening, and what you do next. Each tool keeps one piece and assumes someone is holding the thread between them. That someone is the founder.
RIVEL is an adaptive operating system for people and organizations. The three pieces live in the same place: the destination you are aiming at, the state you are actually in, and the execution that moves you from one to the other. Change one and the other two update.
The test is simple: a system one person can run on Monday morning, not a stack that takes a week to learn.
A report tells you what already happened. A loop decides what happens now, executes it, and checks whether it worked.
You state where you are going: objectives, results and the reason each one exists. The system keeps it in front of you instead of buried in a document.
Energy affects decisions. Decisions affect the business. The business hands a new state back to the person running it. Most software acts as if that circle did not exist, and leaves the founder to hold both sides in their head.

RIVEL OS is the product: you open an account and start running your operation on it. RIVEL Strategy Lab is the team that installs it inside a company already in motion, and stays until that company runs it without us.
